How to Place Your Order
You can do your ordering online by selecting the type of cushion, fabric choice, and filling in the dimensions, and then continue on with our secure order form and submitting that along with your credit card information. Once your order is received we will confirm the order thru email. This is usually done the same or next day. Orders received over the weekend or holidays will be confirmed on the next business day. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order within a few days please contact us.
Pricing and Fabric Availability
Items and prices are subject to change without notice. We try our best to avoid errors within our website, but sometimes they do occur. J & R Upholstering Inc. is not responsible for pricing,
descriptive, or photographic errors, we try and keep the fabric selections up to date but on occasions a fabric is discontinued without us being notified.
Delivery
Shipping will occur in 5 to 6 weeks from our receipt of your order unless we experience a delay in receiving the fabric from the manufacturer. Should this occur we will notify you of any delay. Shipping will be done by FedEx Ground.
Fabric Coloring and Shading
Although we try to display all fabrics in there true color form, sometimes fabric coloring and shading can vary from one computer to another, if you are not sure on the fabric selection, you can order a sample online. There is a handling and processing charge of $ 4.00 per order. Once we receive your request we will order the samples from our suppliers and as soon as we receive them we will send them to you via U.S. Mail.
Cancellations and Return Policy
Because your purchase is an individual and custom made choice. Once we process your order and receive the fabric from our supplier, but have not yet cut the fabric, any cancellation at this point will result in a Handling Charge equal to 30% of the total order, the balance will be credited back to your credit card.
Once the fabric is cut for your cushion, any cancellation at this point will result in a Handling Charge equal to 60% of the total order, the balance will be credited back to your credit card.
Once a cushion is completed and delivered, and has been custom made to your dimensions and fabric selection, any return of the cushion is at the sole discretion of J & R Upholstering, Inc.
Our cushions are madeof high quality materials and workmanship if a problem should arise we will make every effort to correct it.
